Unfortunately, while I enjoy taking photogs, I am not online at home. For individuals with children, especially small children, I am certain Flickr is a wonderful method of securing and sharing photos with others. Neither is it difficult to see how photography buffs would find the site a boon.
I cannot easily visualise the site as a tool to promote libraries, however. My vision I'm afraid is too limited to imagine how such a site would promote reading. That is not to say it can't be done. I simply cannot comprehend how.
